1. Agreement to Terms

By using ServiceAssister's services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Code of Conduct. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Account Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Only one account per person
• Must not be a registered sex offender
• Must not have been convicted of felony, sex crime, or violent crime
• Must provide accurate information
• Must not be in a prohibited country or on government restricted lists

3. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonation or providing false information
• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Spam or unauthorized advertising
• Sharing explicit sexual content or nudity
• Soliciting money or scamming
• Sharing private information without consent
• Any illegal activities

4. Privacy and Data Usage

• We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Your location data may be used for matching purposes
• We share data with service providers and law enforcement when required
• You control your privacy settings and sharing preferences

5. Content Rights and Responsibilities

• You own your content but grant us license to use it
• We can remove content that violates our terms
• Don't post content you don't have rights to
• Your profile is visible to other users globally
• We can use your feedback without compensation

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
• Prices vary by region and package
• Regional refund rights:
  • EU/UK/Switzerland: 14 days
  • Korea: 7 days
  • Specific US states: 3 business days
• Virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Cancellation does delete your account and profile

7. Virtual Items

• Licensed, not sold, to you
• No real-world value or redemption
• Expire when account closes
• Cannot be transferred between users
• No refunds for unused items

8. Safety and Security

• No background checks performed
• Meet in public places initially
• Don't share financial information
• Report suspicious behavior
• We may share information with authorities for safety
• Use caution when meeting users offline

9. Account Termination

• We can terminate accounts for violations
• You can delete your account through Settings
• No refunds upon termination
• Some terms survive account deletion
• Must cancel external subscriptions separately

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• Report copyright violations via DMCA notice
• Repeat infringers will be terminated
• We protect our trademarks and IP
• Don't use our branding without permission

11. Third-Party Content

• We're not responsible for external links
• Third-party ads may appear in service
• External services have their own terms
• We don't endorse linked content

12. Disclaimers and Liability

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• Not responsible for user conduct
• No guarantee of matches or compatibility
• Limited liability for damages
• Use service at your own risk

13. Changes and Updates

• Terms may be updated anytime
• Continued use means acceptance
• Check terms periodically
• Major changes will be notified

🚫 Prohibited Behaviors

• Impersonation: Authenticity is key. Impersonating or falsely claiming association with any individual, group, organization, or entity is unacceptable. This also extends to parody accounts.
• Scamming: We have zero tolerance for predatory conduct. Any attempt to obtain other users' personal/private information, solicit money, or deceive others for financial gain will result in an immediate ban. Legal action may also be pursued.
• Prostitution and Trafficking: Promotion or sale of sexual services, human trafficking, or other non-consensual sexual acts will result in an immediate ban.
• Nudity/Sexual Content: Explicit sexual content in any form, whether it's in your profile bio, photos/videos, or chat messages, is strictly prohibited.
• Spam: Repeatedly sending identical messages, posting repetitive content, or driving users to external platforms or offline events is forbidden.
• Promotion or Solicitation: While sharing and inviting users to join in your hobbies or legal activities is encouraged, using our platform for advertising purposes will lead to a ban.
• Harassment: We will not tolerate any form of harassment. This includes sending inappropriate content to other users. Reports of stalking, threats, hate speech, bullying, or intimidation will be taken very seriously and could lead to an immediate ban.
• Violence and Physical Harm: Promoting violence, including physical harm, terrorism, assault, and coercion is prohibited. Advocating for self-harm or suicide is equally forbidden. We may take legal action in cooperation with local law enforcement to ensure the safety of our community.
• Hate Speech: Any content that encourages racism, hatred, discrimination, bigotry, or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, appearance, age, nationality, or sexual orientation is strictly forbidden.
• Private Information: Sharing personal/private information, be it yours or someone else's, is not allowed. This includes financial information, identification documents, and contact details.
• Minors: Our service is restricted to users aged 18 or above. Content featuring unaccompanied minors is strictly prohibited.
• Copyright and Trademark Infringement: Posting content that you do not own or have permission to use is not allowed.
• Illegal Usage: Our service should not be used for any illegal activities. If it's illegal offline or online, it's illegal on our platform.
